Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to use 'UserLimits' functionality in OBDX administrator screen as the user limit screen is not loading properly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User Limit screen should work normally

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Login through admin user
Step 2: Search User Limts
Step 3: Select user type-> click on search-> Unable to use 'UserLimits' functionality

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use 'UserLimits' functionality

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
