Group Corporate: user account access group casa_all transactions are automatically unmapped (Doc ID 2984246.1)

Symptoms

On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to transaction mapping,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"System cannot process the request currently, Please try later"


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as a admin user
2. got o menu ->Group corporate onboarding ->User account access ->map for a particular user
3. click on "CASA_ALL Transactions" blue link
4. A new right pane opens which shows the transactions and inquiries mapped.
5. map the transactions and click save, Error as mentioned above is noted

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Users cannot map for a party account. .

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
