In OLSRATLG : On Change of reset tenor contract placed in Rate log screen then record get processed after maintaining rate

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a three days back dated revolving loan for 15M GBP for 5 days(Tomorrow is maturity date.)
2. Book date : 2021-02-08
3. Value date : 2021-02-02
4. Maturity date : 2021-02-09
5. Interest details :
6. Rate code : TERMSONIA
7. Rate fixing required : Yes
8. Rate fixing days : 0
9. Reset Tenor : 90
10. Save and authorize.
11. Amend loan from LBDVAMND and change reset tenor to 180 in interest call form.
12. Save and authorize.
13. Record is placed in Rate log screen, and not getting processed even though the rate is available.
Issue : Record placed in rate log screen not getting processed even though the rate is available in the system.
