System is not allowing to book the contract if Down Payment is greater than Amt finc


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 The downpayment amount should not be validated against the financed amount.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
For Musharaka contract booking initiated using CIDACCNT screen.
Product code, CCY and customer details provided.
Amount finance is given as 1000 and down payment is 2000, System is giving below error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a contract with downpayment greater than financed amount.

Total asset value is less than downpayment and causing the issue.

Changes

User has provided the Downpayment amount above the Total Asset Value and resulted the error.
