On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On Repeat transfer inquiry menu, on landing screen getting Incorrect Number of Payments

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

On Repeat transfer inquiry menu, The correct Number of Payments should be displayed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as reatil user
2. Navigate to Payments> Payment Inquiries> Repeat Transfer Inquiry - Accounts
3. Verify account details

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Users cannot identify the total number of payments in the Repeat Transfer Inquiry Screen.

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
