Edit Admin User Group Management Issue When Adding Existing User In User Group (Doc ID 2985827.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

In OBDX Admin - User Group management module, while trying to modify existing admin user group -
1. If we add new user to the User Group (user which is not present in user group), edit functionality works fine.
2. If we add existing user to the user group (user which is already present in user group), edit functionality doesn't work correctly, after searching the user add button does not work.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Appropriate message should shown if existing user is being added.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Admin user
2. Navigate to User group Management
3. Select Administrative User Group --> search the existing user group
4. Edit and then add the same user which is exists in user group.

BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, No message shown while adding existing user group.
