Not Able to Amend Bank Guarantee While Changing the Expiry Type from Fixed to Open (Doc ID 2985897.1)

Symptoms

While doing amendment on Outward Bank Guarantee if expiry type is changed from Fixed to Open, on submitting the amendment record below error is observed along with validation errors on Guarantee Expiry Date and Closure Date fields.

ERROR

Amendment of Bank Guarantee failed.

Validation errors:
Requested End Date should be greater than issue date
Requested Closure Date should be greater than Application date, Effective date and Expiry Date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Trade Finance > Bank Guarantee > Outward Bank Guarantee > Amend Bank Guarantee.
3. Select a Bank Guarantee reference number and on Instructions tab change the Expiry Type from Fixed to Open.
4. It is observed that Guarantee Expiry Date and Closure Date fields are not available.
5. On the Review screen values for these two fields are coming as blank.
6. On click of Submit button the validation errors are displayed on the screen and it is also observed that the value for the two fields are displayed as 1/1/70 by default.
