Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The sttm_cust_corporate table is not having the data when the user is creating from web service

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
system should populate the record to sttm_cust_corporate

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Creating the CIF from Web service
2. Check the table - sttm_cust_corporate

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the corporate table is not having the data
