FCUBS Application Hanging Post-Patchset Deployment (Doc ID 2986146.1)

Goal

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

After PS upgrade , FCUBS application is not responding when done new/unlock/save operation.   Search and data query is working fine.

Issue Details:

Application: FCUBS


Patchset Versions:

FCUBS : 14.3.0.3.0  to 14.3.0.16.0 

ELCM  : 14.3.0.3.0 to 14.3.0.16.0

OBPM: 14.3.0.8.0 to 14.5.0.8.0

Steps Completed :
Completed DB patchset FCUBS and ELCM.
Completed OBPM patchset.
Built EAR up to the latest patchset.
Created a new WebLogic environment for test deployment.
