OBBRN | Multi BC Transaction | ECA Block Not Removed On Discard (Doc ID 2986790.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User has discarded Multi BC Transaction from Sentback level after 1st submit and transaction is getting discarded successfully. But following issue is observed:
- ECA Block is not being reverted on Discard Operations.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Perform Discard operation in Multi BC transaction After 1st Submit in Sentback level-> System should release the ECA block

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Multi BC Transaction
2. In Sentback -> Submit the transaction
3. Discard the transaction
4. Verify whether the ECA block removed.
