ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
System is not defaulting the tax scheme details in SEDXMTCD screen.
After maintaining all the issuer tax related schemes. In SEDXMTCD -> Tax screen on selecting the tax scheme and clicking on "Default" button system is not populating the values of component, event for association, rate code related to tax scheme defined.

 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
System should default the tax scheme details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Following Maintenance done for the calculating the issuer tax
1. Create the Treasury Tax class in TADTRTXC screen.
2. Link the tax class under tax scheme in TADTRSHC screen.
3. Navigate to SEDXMTCD -> Tax screen and add the tax scheme and click on default screen.

On clicking the default button after selecting the tax scheme system is not defaulting the following fields component, Event for association, Basis amount tag and default rate code.
