On Terms and Conditions Maintenance Screen, Unable to Edit Existing Terms and Conditions When Transaction Name is 'All' (Doc ID 2987091.1)

Symptoms

When a user attempts to edit an existing terms and conditions, when the transaction name is all, below error appears

ERROR
-----------------
Terms and condition maintenance invalid transaction name.

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login with corporate user.
2. Navigate to toggle menu > others > terms & condition maintenance
3. Now click on create terms and condition
4. Choose the party id as all and select transaction name as ALL
5. Click on submit, please check that terms and condition created successfully.
6. Now, repeat step number 2
7. Fill the required details and search for newly created condition under terms and conditions
8. Now, choose the transaction and click on edit
9. Update the terms and condition transaction and click on save and submit.
10. Please check that terms and condition maintenance invalid transaction name error is displayed.
