Amend Import Letter of Credit (LC) screen is appearing blank.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Amend Import LC screen should not appear blank.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to Trade finance > Import LC > Amend LC
3. Select contract from the list.
