Symptoms

On : 11.10.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After creating a facility and after saving the record, UDF fields are reflecting in alphabetical order.
 However, after authorizing the record, they are not in alphabetical order

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 The UDF fields must be displayed in the alphabetical order even after Authorizing the record

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a facility
2. Save
3. Authorize

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the UDF fields in the alphabetical order after authorization
