ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBBRN - Can not input decimal charge amount in FX Purchase/Sale Walk-In


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When charge amount is inputed in decimals it should not default to zero


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to FX Purchase/Sale Walk-In screen
2. Input all details and input charge amount in decimals
3. System is defaulting charge amount to zero


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot input charge amount in decimals
