On Initiate Import LC Amendment Screen, Unable to Fill Original Column in Documents and Conditions (Doc ID 2988140.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to fill original column in documents and condition in initiate import letter of credit(LC) amendment screen 

and error message 'Enter a number between 0 and NaN' displays on screen. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to fill original column in documents and condition in initiate import LC amendment screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to trade finance > letter of credit > import LC > amend letter of credit
3. Select the amendment and navigate to documents and conditions section
4. Under section 46B try to enter details in original column.
