Technical Error is Observed When Attempting to View Administrator's Replied Email

Symptoms
When attempting to view replied email from administrator, following error occurs.
ERROR

System cannot process the request, please try again later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user
2. Navigate to mailbox
3. Compose new mail to admin with content and attachment file and send the mail
4. Now, login via administrator and reply to the received mail with an attachment
6. Now, login again with corporate user
7. Navigate to mails and click on reply which receive from administrator user having an attachment
8. Please check that when view the replied email from administrator system cannot process the request, please try again later error is displayed
