On : 14.6.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR :

System throws ST-AMND-004 when adding proprietry code in STDTRCIF.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR :
=================
System should allow amendment successfully.
SIMULATION STEPS :
=================
1.Create CIF in STDTRCIF .
2.Unlock the record. Go to proprietary codes tab
3.Add a record from data source scheme lov , click save .
BUSINESS IMPACT:
================
Due to this issue , unable to modify CIF
Changes
The following justifies how the issue is related to this specific customer:
Record was not present in GWTM_AMEND_NODES table for STTM_TR_CUST_PARTY node
for modify operation. This was causing issue to modify proprietary code records.
