ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

No error displayed on screen when changing password with a password from recent history as per maintained password policy.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Error should be displayed on screen, if any, when changing password with a password from recent history as per maintained password policy.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Change password via the password link
2. Update the password with a recent password from history
3. No error is displayed on the screen.
