ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ISD code (+ABC) is not embedded with mobile number in ittb_communications table due to which we are not able to receive alerts on SMS for the customer.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

ISD Code to be appended while populating the data for the Alert Notification.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send Alert Notification to Customer.
