ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Delete icon functionality is not working as expected on export collection draft screen in list view.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Delete icon functionality should work as expected on export collection draft screen in list view.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to Trade finance > Collection > Export Collection > Initiate Export Collection
2. Select Draft and click on list view
3. Click on delete icon to delete collection
