LC(Letter of Credit) Amount Range dropdown shows empty on Import LC Amendment filter screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Letter of Credit Amount Range dropdown should shows values.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user
2. Navigate to Trade Finance > Letter Of Credit > Import Letter of credit > Amend Letter of Credit
3. Click on 'Filter' icon
4. LC Amount Range dropdown shows empty
