Technical Error is Observed When a User Attempts to View Charges and Taxes Details in Export Colloctions (Doc ID 2988652.1)

Symptoms

When user attempting to creating an export collection from saved templates and drafts,
charges and taxes details fail to appear and the error displayed below on screen.

Error

System cannot process the request currently. please try later

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Template
---------------
1. Login via corporate maker
2. Navigate to trade finance > collection > export collection > initiate export collection
3. Please select one saved template under templates
4. Now, navigate to charges and taxes tab.
5. Please check that system cannot process the request currently. please try later error displayed.

Drafts
----------
1. Login via corporate maker
2. Navigate to trade finance > collection > export collection > initiate export collection
3. Please select one saved draft under drafts
4. Now, navigate to charges and taxes tab.
5. Please check that system cannot process the request currently. please try later error displayed.
