Transactions Are Not Getting Rejected From Checker Queue For RTGS Txns (Doc ID 2988771.1)

Symptoms

 Transactions are not getting rejected from checker Queue for RTGS Txns

We are not able to reject RTGS transactions from checker user in NSTPQ.

Step1:
1. Login as Maker and release a txn from NSTPQeue
2. Login as Checker and Reject the same txn from NSTPQueue

Observation:
System shows txn processed successfully but , status of the txn remains as released.
On initial Analysis we have found that In NonStpQueueKernel ---> In Function -- nonStpQueueReject, For DFT/RTGS Transaction handling is missing

Reject is working as expected for CBFT and BOOK transfers.
