ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tax is being debited in transfer currency and not account currency.
Bank has facing the issue in the case of tax collected inclusive of charges. The income gl is not getting debited in LCY.
The tax should be debited in local currency which is USD in our case. Instead, it is being debited in account currency which is EUR in the attached case.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) The case of tax collected inclusive of charges.
2) The income gl is not getting debited in LCY.
