On : 14.7.0.3.0 version, Production Support

BC Authorization Failing || Utilization issue


The BC Contract Authorization is failing when we try to Avail the Complete LC amount with a non-Auto Auth user it is failing.

ERROR
-----------------------
EL-FCJ-103 Amount to be decreased is greater than the utilized amount
EL-UTIL-003 Decrease Amount cannot be more than the amount utilized

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create contract in BCDTRONL screen.
2. Try to authorize the transaction by using non-auto auth user.
System throws an error.

While try to authorize, we got error response from ELCM as below,

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can't able to authorize the BC contracts.

Changes

 l_process_amount value is not getting arrived properly for limit DE utilization. Fix is given for that.
