Unable to re-instate loan

Unable to re-instate loan - A daily entry is appearing for the 'Effective Date' loan interest rate when a loan expires

When checking the interest rate on an expired loan, we noticed that a daily 'Effective Date' is being added for the interest rate without any User Defined Element Values. This field should only change if there is a change in the interest rate.

user have tried to re-instate the loans using the shortcut and have the following errors:

The error linkage code is not the limit that is linked to the loans, this relates to an expired Overdraft limit
The Effective date is pulling through 29 August and shows before the Value date 24th August
There is a rate Description box pulling through which we do not normally have

This is error is saying an event has happened after the value date and when you look there is a status change event daily which is incorrect

This one I could rollover using CLSMNROL however the Rate Code Is missing on entry 23/8/2023 - should be BOEBASE and it has also put an extra date under the 'effect date - 30/8/2023 when no rate change was made on this day
