Filter Icon is Not Working on Payment Status Inquiry Screen (Doc ID 2989488.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On PSI(Payment Status Inquiry) screen, if user selects a filtered PSI transaction then details are shown. But if user goes back and click on filter icon then filter icon not working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Filter icon should be always working.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to Payments > Inquiries > Payment Status Inquiry
3. Apply filter and perform the search.
4. Click on the transaction reference number to go the details screen.
5. Click on back
6. Click on filter icon
