Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account number field for ACH transaction accepting special characters.

"To Account Number" field for Domestic and International transaction accept special characters.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

To Account Number field should be configuration based to accept configured characters.  


STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDx
2. Payment ->> Adhoc Domestic payment


BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, From Account accepts special characters.
