ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Counter Party Name not coming for PYDOTONL transaction in FutureDatedTxnQryService service

We have created transaction in PYDOTONL screen through Bulk File Upload (PMDFLEVP screen).The transactions moved to Warehouse queue.
When we query transactions in PQDFUVQR screen ,we are not able to see the Counter Party name even though original transaction has the values for the counter party name.
Same is working fine for INTERNAL and FPS transactions.

We are getting this issue when we run webservice request for FutureDatedTxnQryService and also from Front End.

Please find the attached Response of FutureDatedTxnQryService and debug when we query from front end of screen PQDFUVQR screen.

Counterparty name should be populated in PYDOTONL screen

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a transaction in PYDOTONL screen through PMDFLEVP
2. Verify if counterparty name is populated in the actual transaction created

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the counter party name
