On Session Summary Screen, Start Date, End Date and Transaction Timings are All Incorrect (Doc ID 2990066.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On session summary screen, start date, end date and transaction timings are all incorrect.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On session summary screen, start date, end date and transaction timings should be accurate.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via administrator 
2. Navigate to limits > limit definition > create
3. On create limit definition fill the details and submit the request and logout the application.
4. Now, login again same administrator 
5. Navigate to account settings > session summary
6. Please check that transaction details and transaction time is incorrect as are all session start and end times.
