OB Branch (SIT) : Close out withdrawal over limit issue

When we tested the Close out withdrawal over limit amount, after we click the approval confirmation, we faced "Submit URL not maintained".

ERROR
-----------------------
RM-BC-UR-01: Submit URL not maintained.

STEPS
------
1) Launch app-shell and go to Closeout Withdrawal screen.
2) Fill the details and click submit for approval.
System throws an error as Submit URL not maintained.

ANALYSIS
--------
The reported issue has been fixed already via bug 35049551.
Kindly provide the Hot-fix in PS 14.7.0.2.0.

BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------
Due to this issue, Users can't able to submit the record in closeout withdrawal screen.

Changes

 Fix :- FA codes and action url's are releasing for close out withdrawal by bc approval flow
