Unable to Add Attribute Value on Alert Maintenance Screen (Doc ID 2990867.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On alert maintenance screen, user is unable to add attribute value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On alert maintenance screen, user should be able to add attribute value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in administrator
2. Navigate to toggle menu > communication > alert maintenance
3. Fill the details and perform search for alert
4. choose one alert and click on edit
5. Now, select a template like email and try to add the attribute using add button and click on save.
