Symptoms
On : 22.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Pending for Approval transaction alert sent to the approver had the class package name.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
All alerts should be properly visible.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into obdx by corp user
2. perform transaction where approval required
3. the checker receives the alert in the above format and is not correct.
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see proper alert messages.
Changes
No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
