OFS CRR "Remove" Functionality Does Not Work For All The Grids (Doc ID 2990986.1)

User is unable to remove the address record for the Signatory and phone.

1. Login to CRR
2. Open any existing GOAML report
3. Navigate to 'Involved account Details' tab
4. Open the signatory section
5. Check the signatory addresses grid which has more than one address.
6. Remove one signatory

Actual: it says 'Record Removed Successfully'. However, after refreshing the screen still shows the removed record.
Expected. It should remove the entry.

Note: this is applicable for phone grid also.
