ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

1. Delete button alignment is improper on Create Dashboard screen.
2. When user add Trade Finance Link widget, it is shown without labels on review Dashboard screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

1. Delete button alignment should be proper on Create Dashboard screen.
2. When user add Trade Finance Link widget, it should be shown labels on review Dashboard screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via admin user.
2. Navigate to User Experience > Dashboard Overview > Create Dashboard
3. Fill in required details.
4. Delete icon is not properly displayed.
5. Trade Finance Links widget is not displayed
