Staff account restriction is not working in Customer Asset & Liability Query screen (ACDSQASL)


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Staff account restriction should work in ACDSQASL screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto Queries->Customers->ACDSQASL.
2. Enter customer no of a restricted staff and click execute.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can view the restricted staff's account balance details.
