Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For Shipping Guarantee, when the Back to Back LC flag is checked only then Related Reference LOV is populating the data.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For Shipping Guarantee, without checking the "Back to Back LC" flag, in "Related Reference LOV" data should populate.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch LCDTRONL screen
2. Create a shipping guarantee
3. Verify whether related reference LOV is populating the data without back to back LC flag
