ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transaction Status not updating when payment is cancelled from Non STP Queue

When payments are cancelled in the Non STP Queue (PQSNSTPQ) the Transaction Status stays as 'Exception' and does not update to 'Cancelled'.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When payments are cancelled in NON STP Queue, the transaction status should be updated as cancelled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From PQSNSTPQ, try to cancel a transaction
2. Verify the transaction status after cancellation

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, STP Queue status is not getting updated with correct status.
