When attempting to amend the loan contract for changing rate of interest
the following error occurs.

ST-VALS-009 - Duplicate records in clvss account comp balances for account xxxx
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a loan contract for changing the rate of interest.
2. Ensure mismatch in loan schedules
3. Try to amend the loan contract

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot amend the loan contract and reset the interest
