On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET

When attempting to amend an letter of credit contract
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ST-MAN-MIS - MIS code for class xxx is mandatory


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a letter of credit contract for amendment
2. Ensure mismatch in management information system status
3. Try to book a bill contract

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot amend an letter of credit contract and update the management information system status
