OBBRN : Close out withdrawal by BC - no field to input Beneficiary Name but following error is thrown.

MAND-001: Value for field Beneficiary Name is mandatory

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Close out withdrawal by BC
2. Input the details and save
3. Verify whether the close out withdrawal by bc is successfully processed
