MM - Charge amount cannot be amended at contract booking
Charge amount cannot be amended at contract booking, even though the option is allowed on product level.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Charges to be populated based on product maintenance
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create MM Contract from MMDTRONL
2. Click Charges tab
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify charge components for new contracts.
