ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ACH Auto cancel is not working even with error code mapping in PMDRTNCD.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Record should be auto cancelled based on the error code mapping done in PMDRTNCD.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload the incoming ACH file with beneficiary account as closed account.
2. Record is moving to EAC exception queue.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do ACH auto cancel.
