Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User can save the modified Signature in STDCIFIS screen. But when user is authorizing the modified image, the modified image is getting changed to previous image.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to save and authorize modified signature.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in application

2. Modify Signature in STDCIFIS

3. Save

4. Authorize

-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify signature.
