ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account Class Description is not showing on TD account creation screen (STDCUSTD).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account class description should show during TD creation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch STDCUSTD
2. Click new and input the details
3. Query the account class
4. Verify whether description is displayed.
