Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
During LC amendment if expiry date is less than application date then an override message comes up on screen for OBTFPM, but in OBTF an error comes up so the customer can't keep the expiry date greater than application date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
During LC amendment if expiry date is less than application date then an override message comes up on screen for OBTFPM, but in OBTF an error comes up so the user expects the same error to come in OBTFPM screen rather than an override message to avoid capturing the details as it will cause fail during charge simulation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into OBTFPM application.
2. Go to Import LC amendment screen.
3. Try to keep the expiry date less than application date.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users will be able to capture the details in the OBTFPM which will cause a failure during charge simulation.
