Symptoms

In LCDTRONL screen, on enabling AR-AP tracking at the contract level for any charge component and clicking on save error is thrown.

ERROR
-----------------------
Charges Commission Component COMLC_ISU_ is not eligible for AR-AP tracking.
Amount cannot be changed.
Failed to Save.

STEPS

----------------------

1. Log in to application.

2. Go to LCDTRONL screen

3. Enable AR-AP tracking

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use AR-AP tracking at the contract level for any charge component.
