Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Whenever user deploy any service in OBTFPM in multi entity setup, flyway scripts compilation in schema is inconsistent.
In some entities it gets compiled and in other entities it does not.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------------
Flyway scripts compilation in schema should be consistent for any service in OBTFPM in multi entity setup.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, flyway script did not get compiled in few entities after deploying obtfpm-datasegments-management-services.
