OBBRN : Instrument Status, Booking Date And Notification Issue On BC Issue Transaction (Doc ID 2993134.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

1) BC issue transaction is initiated on system date:15Aug2023 .
2) Once initial submit is clicked , the instrument status is changed to USED immediately without completing the transaction .
3) When it is checked on PIDINSVW screen with EXT_REF_NO from ADAPTER.SRV_TB_AD_CENTRAL_TXN_LOG table , Booking Date is with 14Aug2023 and Transaction Status is with Future Valued.
4) TXN_STATUS has been updated from PENDING to S in ADAPTER.SRV_TB_AD_OBPAY_TXN_LOG table .
5) But the error (RM-TX-PM-01: Transaction status is pending, waiting for the notification from payment system) is still getting in final submit.
